By purchasing ShipAI, you receive a single-developer license to use the boilerplate code for your own projects, including commercial projects.

You may:

  • Use the code to build unlimited AI tools for yourself or clients
  • Modify and adapt the code
  • Use the code in commercial products

You may not:

  • Resell or redistribute the boilerplate as a product
  • Share the source code publicly
  • Transfer the license to another person

2. Product Description

ShipAI is a code boilerplate (template) for building AI tools. It includes HTML, CSS, JavaScript files, and documentation. The product is delivered digitally via GitHub repository access.

ShipAI does not include:

  • AI model access or API credits (you bring your own API key)
  • Hosting or server infrastructure
  • Ongoing maintenance or support beyond bug fixes

3. Pricing and Payment

The price of ShipAI is $199 USD, one-time payment. Payment is processed by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ). The price includes lifetime access to the current version and minor updates.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with ShipAI for any reason, email 15763036963@163.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

ShipAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the code will be error-free or suitable for your specific purpose. You are responsible for testing and validating the code before using it in production.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price ($199). We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of ShipAI.

7. Intellectual Property

ShipAI is owned by Sulynn AI. The code is licensed to you under the terms above, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Updates

We may update ShipAI from time to time. You will receive minor updates (bug fixes, small improvements) for free. Major versions (2.0, 3.0) may require a new purchase.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of China. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then through arbitration if necessary.
