• Information about end users of tools you build with ShipAI
• Your API keys or usage data

• To deliver your license and product files after purchase
• To provide customer support
• To process refunds (within 7-day guarantee)
• To send critical product updates (you can opt out)

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ, Estonia). Creem handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS. We receive only your email and transaction confirmation — never your card details.

4. Data Storage

Your email and transaction records are stored by Creem on secure servers. We do not maintain a separate database. Product delivery is handled via GitHub (public repository) and Creem's license management system.
